It's almost time for the North East Regional which is the 3rd largest event for Market America! I love this event and have been going since my husband and I began many moons ago. I find it so incredibly invigorating and educational. It's a great way to evaluate the company by seeing corporate and local leaders while meeting UnFranchise Owners from all over the North East with many coming down from Canada and other regions.
This year many of our corporate leaders are coming to train the field along with the founder & CEO of Market America, JR Ridinger in the flesh!! He has recently attended other regionals to help send the message to my colleagues that "MA" is Bigger, Better, Faster and Easier. And with the holiday shopping season already beginning, spreading the Get Paid To Shop program is the perfect way to promote the webportal upgrades and increased Cash Back values.
With so many stories in the news about how crappy our economy is with more taxes, layoffs, pinkslips and studies like how jobs can affect your health, isn't it time to consider a Plan B? If the average person decided to be an entrepreneur and applied the same work ethics and standards they do for their boss for their own enterprise, wouldn't they be working for their own dreams and striving to better themselves without being under someone else's thumb. I'm unemployable, I know that, consulting and freelance I can do but a job that makes me accountable to someone else's idea when I get up, eat, take time off and all that would make me either batty or super depressed. My hat's off to those who juggle a job, or several for that matter. That's why I love having a web based home business to set my own hours and work online while utilizing social media and traditional business methods.
