Guess I'm an information junkie, which is probably why I love blogging & micro-blogging on Twitter. Now lately I've been using Yahoo mail a bit more for ads and they always have fresh content on their pages, not like MSN's hotmail which is boring and Gmail is just mail unless I go thru iGoogle, so for the sake of variety I have accounts at all of them. LOL

I read these two articles about fast food & tanning not being safe, which is why they make self-tanners like Skintelligence SuperTan. The second article seems like the author has an awesome book to help my kids, and husband, learn how to make better choices when they eat out or have limited options. The reviews on Amazon say how the pictures really help alot as does the format of "not this but this instead". I'm ordering my copies from either Borders or Barnes & Noble, I also should check BooksAMillion.
