Yay! I'm Going to NC Next Week for Family Fun & MA's Convention

Looks like I'll be getting down to Charlotte sometime next week to visit family. The plan is to visit my sister-in-law's new place just a little further east of Ballantyne and check out the neighborhoods while we're there. I also have to get up to Greensboro for Market America's 16th(?) annual convention that following Wednesday for the Motives Trainer meeting and hopefully stay over into Thursday.

I know we'll have to leave that Friday for NY because we have a memorial planned for my mother-in-law that Sunday and Monday. Looks like I'll be on the road then and miss the rest of the event. If I had a large family they probably wouldn't notice but we only have a handful of us left. I actually have one surviving relative, my aunt, and the rest are my husband's siblings and their spouses and kids. That's it. So.........the memorial gathering will be at my house since Mom was cremated and we'll have to put everyone up for the get-together.

Talk about highs & lows......I'm gonna feel super one week then bummed out for Mom's memorial. Ugh! I must plan the next set of Motives trainings and post them so that folks can set aside the dates. At least I'll be able to give them the scoop on the new stuff coming out for Motives. I wonder what new skincare they'll surprise us with? Could the men's collection be on the agenda? Hmm.

I'll probably miss the whole segment of maChatterbox too but I hope they tape it all and give us downloads like they did for this past Leadership School. That helped so much!! The maTV clips also were a big help and I always send students, customers and leads there to watch the mini-videos.

Okay, my thumb hurts gotta take a rest on the typing. I cut it open last night washing a glass that broke in my hand and ripped open my knuckle. Gotta keep it straight and let it air for a bit. No stitches thankfully but close. My order for OPC-3 Triple Serum is coming tomorrow so I'll get to apply some antioxidants on there with the liposome serum and heal up any scarring. (maybe this is an opportunity for me to take pix and show the rapid healing?) lol
