Yesterday we got a newsblast to the field from Market America Corporate letting us know that Chatterbox will be going live next week on our webportal homepage, hopefully Monday. I can't wait to play with it and learn all the features. This should be a lot of fun and I really hope they have some killer apps. I'd love to see a widget or badge to make it linkable to FriendFeed or my other SM pages and you just know that I'd have it on the sidebar here.

The notice said something about being able to purchase a room. I figured that there had to be a way to make money with it and this must be the item to create revenue for entrepreneurs to earn something for sending users to the service.

This morning I just read an article by Scott Allen from About.com's newsletter talking specifically about social media like this being a subscription for business reasons. So seeing this is not a surprise to me but I bet that the general population of Market America distributors will complain that its something new they are asked to pay for while not even remotely understanding it at all. We certainly need trainers to explain the benefits and features to the field. Could this be within the realm of our Web Center Trainers?? I guess it depends if Chatterbox is linked to that program or....... we may need a batch of new ones!!

I'm sure all of these issues will be addressed at Convention in August....gotta be there!!!

A Chatterboard must be a forum or thread, who is the Admin or moderator gonna be? The spammers and MLM'ers are gonna be all over this, let's hope its all well thought out. Check my link next week......
