MA Webportal Log In Problems

I FIXED IT!! I finally got into the Market America website, hooray! For over a week I haven't been able to even visit my own distributor webportal and cleared cookies and ran the virus scan, etc... So yesterday I had used our desktop instead of my laptop to visit the site and logged in with my own Preferred Customer ID with no issues from that computer.

So now that I logged in on another pc with my ID number, it must have cleared my block somehow?? I had gotten a email reply from corporate's tech support and they weren't clear on what I was saying is happening to my log in and I didn't make the time to call in and speak with them yet. Now I can tell them what happened and a few of my customers that have the same thing going on with their access.

If you have problems with MarketAmerica.com's webportal please try the Delete Cookies first under Tools & Internet Options and close the browser window. If that doesn't do the trick for ya, then you should use a different computer to log in with your Preferred Customer ID, and let me know if that works. I can't imagine how many people have had this happen. Its probably due to our customer rentention program that keeps each distributor's registered customer from getting lost and shopping elsewhere or it could be due to a recent system update.

Let me know if this helps you...........should this be happening to you too.

UPDATE:
I've been getting a lot more hits on this entry lately, if you do have technical problems please make sure to relay the info to Market America so that they know what's happening and can troubleshoot from their end.

UPDATE 2/2/08:
It was just announced that the "Forgot Password" log in page now has an easier password reset feature. Preferred Customers should be able to use their registered email to get a link sent to that address to help reset their access to the portal. Thank goodness!
