This has been a strange week of highs and lows. It started out low with me in a mood that just got me feeling horribly negative about everything, home, work, kids, money, shopping......everything! Then I got some inspiration from an article I read, I don't even remember where it was, and set dates to have Motives Fall Previews and a Transitions Overview. And then it happened, no sooner did I create emails to announce it to the team that I got a call from the beauty pro to set a date & then one call after another asking when my next events are, leads are appearing out of the blue, and a few women I know offered to hold clinics--without me even asking!!

Its been a whirlwind of busy-ness and today was an awesome training for business development by a retired 35 yr old distributor and doctor of chiropractic. He's got the greatest sense of humor and really got across his messages about how he sees things with heartfelt stories that he's experienced while building the UnFranchise. There are fundamentals for the business system called the Basic Five and he focused his topics accordingly. And the photos of him with family, celebs, exotic vacations & dreams coming true for himself and those around him were incredibly inspiring in a way that brought it home and made it real...not like a unrealistic pipedream. It was about average people who were able to achieve dreams for themselves via MA's plan.

He gave us all some excellent  advice on clarifying what we really want and why we should create a clear vision for our future to strive for. I'm going to do the journal thing he suggested and list the two categories to document my wishes/goals/dreams and then track all of the daily stress and unwanted happenings, to see the contrast which will result in making changes to create a new reality...which then in turn makes me treat the UnFranchise like the business it is and not like a hobby. I already live and breathe MA but I also realize that I avoid the crucial business factors that I really need to do that will create rapid growth.

When we did recognition there were several women on stage saying they were housewives or moms too, while others were financial planners or accountants or nutritionists. Makes me kick myself for not being consistant. There are a few people on Long Island making the income that I really want for myself & they're not superstars or anything. Its entirely possible & totally doable to earn a Professional Coordinator income of $4500 to $7500 in a 4 wk pay cycle, I just gotta get out of my own way & do the work to strengthen my organization.

But now, this new sense of energy & inspiration is making me move forward and get past that....let's see where it takes me and how many other people I can help do the same along the way and get them out of the same crappy rut of stress and mediocrity. There's so much more to life than the same circles that we run around in everyday. I like traveling and the finer things for our family.......gotta "just do it!"
