Market America University Gets People To Earn While They Learn
While at Convention last week the company taught a lot of the materials via the Market America University concept. There are so many specialties within the UnFranchise business that selecting one area is very important for new or existing entrepreneurs. Seeing other people succeeding at it shows how it helps bring focus to their skills within a product line or store while the webportal is really just a bonus.
Its like going to college and picking a Major and a Minor or any of the typical variations, like a Double Major, to build the business on to earn while you learn. For the longest time I just did it all because I've been around for a while & use most of our products and services. I generalized which is good when I have add-on-sales or find someone that specifically was looking for something in the Home Care or Pet Care stores, but its too overwhelming for someone new to attempt.
Now that I'm certified for Motives Cosmetics as a Trainer, its given me my Major in MA University. I can tie in the Health & Nutrition thanks to the "Beauty from the Inside...Out" clinics as a Minor. To me Health & Beauty just go together anyhow. I mean when you go shopping in a grocery store or big name chain like Target those two categories are placed together in the store. Its just a common concept.
Its great to have the wide range of diversity in MA University and the success stories on stage at Convention were great to see. So much flexibility under one company is amazing, which is something multi-taskers like me love! And everyone can always add to their specialties if they so choose. There aren't any limitations. I plan to partner up with people that will build the UnFranchise with their own niche regardless of my focus of Motives. It helps keep new people from getting lost in the massive selection that the "product brokerage" concept showcases.
For instance, the Nutrametrix program exclusively for licensed health professionals, aka doctors, is usually a Major tied in with the low glycemic weight management system Transitions as a Minor. They are both separate certifications yet compliment each other within the same store....Health & Nutrition. Then there's the WebCenter for website sales as another niche market for someone not into Nutrition, Beauty or Home Care. Or there's the baby-boomer's new market of Anti-aging for both Nutrition & Skincare.
I betcha the Voitel store for Communications is going to be a big hit as a new Major, its certainly a great grouping of brand name partnerships and has product that everyone uses, cell phones. Voip's just starting to really take off and the MA service is the main provider for the big name brands so that's sure to be a reliable money maker. That's a no-brainer!!
