Last week I had to decide whether or not to attend Market America's 15th Convention in NC. The funding of the trip was the primary concern with someone to watch our kids while I'm away as a second factor. Well, yesterday was my deadline to tell my partner the final answer...which was going to be "no" even though I was telling people that I was and "acting as if" so then..........yesterday I get a phone call that blew my mind!!

I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch, BUT someone that I showed the business to years ago called saying they want to start with MA---if we have "Green" products....thankfully we do...and asked lots of questions about how things work!! A lot has changed with our webportal but the basics are still the same so he remembered that stuff.

He's even got a few potential partners to work with already which would get him eligible for commissions right away, MA's structure is binary--two by two--and this fella has "a few friends" already saying they'd partner with him!! That's so cool...and they're already in NC!! Convention would be a great way for them to decide if MA is for them.

I would much rather them go check that out then just sign them up because then they will understand the scope of the UnFranchise opportunity, its specialties within the system, see the corporate team and learn some skills too. Although, it will be quite overwhelming like it was for me the first time I went to Convention after just registering our distributorship in May then going to the event in August. The four day event is really an "everything you need to know" training all in one ticket.

Nowadays there's so much more to the UnFranchise business that its essential for serious entrepreneurs to be there. Its not a cult-like "ra-ra" rally or excessively full of "you can do it" horn tooting....the format has evolved over the years into business building and information that we can use with a much smaller amount of the inspirational pep talks than previous years, although JR will certainly perform his amazing speeches as always to inspire growth & keep unity amongst Team Market America.

Next I must follow up with these possibilities and see if they're truly a match for MA and find out their objectives for a home business. Then I'll have a better idea of what's going on in their minds. Its just so amazing to me that I was telling friends over the weekend that I'm excited to go to MA's Convention and then out of the blue, some great opportunities to move my business forward show up!! Definitely made my day......woohoo! :O I love the Law of Attraction!
