It was so refreshing to get away from the bitter NY cold and soak up 80 degree weather in Miami. Not that I saw much since I had a horrible cold, had lost my voice and was indoors most of the day for the Leadership trainings. We had 3 and a half days of mega-info!!!! I am still getting my bearings and have concluded that this is the year MA is going to be a household name for sure so I'd better get to work!

The corporate team were awesome, its the same group of people from 15 yrs ago when the company started and that's unheard of in business today. Still family owned and run since 1992, just not in the Ridinger's home. They're expanding the IT dept. to develop our search engine and make us the ultimate shopping site. And a big ad campaign is launching already. You'll see ads for MA.com and lots of pics from our SuperBowl Party too.

I've got so much info to share with our team and customers, I'm gonna have to learn how to use my tools better for maximum time leverage. A few people want to get the pics I took with my digital so I have to add them to the eGroup that I have going, with a couple of new additions.

We had 3, or maybe 4, video messages from JLo (Jennifer Lopez) and half had Marc Anthony too. She & Marc are very excited to have done the party and she's developing a line of cosmetics, fragrances and whatever else they can think of. She's also got her own portal, so that means she MUST be a distributor too...JLo a MA distributor!! Its almost too much to believe. But, both of them, Marc & JLo, are planning to help us bring the business and products to the Latin market and will be on the forefront of that effort. Ya think I should learn Spanish?? Que Pasa?

As for new products, they've got plenty with a few still set to come out by the end of the month. The Isotonix line has updated the B12 to a B Complex and the Mineral Blast is now renamed Multi-Mineral. There's also a new formula for a quick energy boost made from Acai, which is a hot trendy fruit in the sales industry, with Mangosteen and Pomegranate. The TORCH After-Burn has packets available for easier use at the gym and there's a new flavor too Lemon/Lime. We've also got a long awaited cold supplement named Immune....its got some powerful herbals like Elderberry. Can't wait to get that in stock!!

Oh yeah--we have another Isotonix formula coming out soon with the one and only Hulk Hogan!! His energy drink is currently in a can and will be changed to an isotonic powder and put into packets for easy dispensing when folks want his brand of energizing. I'm sure there will also be more science behind it too since that's what we're all about. He was there and signed autographs too while his daughter, Brooke Hogan (recent Maxim girl), had opened our ceremonies singing the National Anthem. I wonder if their time with us in Miami will be on their VH1 show "Hogan Knows Best"??!!

The other debuts are mostly updates to the product labels, even Ultimate Aloe will get a makeover. Speaking of...the Motives Cosmetics Spring 2007 Collection is entitled "Dream", the 5 pan palette is gorgeous and consists of 3 neutral soft shimmery golds, a gloss and a new double duty pan for Lip & Cheek tint. They also intro'd 3 colors of the Lip & Cheek tint in single pots, plus some highly anticipated Lip Plumpers in 3 tints of color. I already ordered an extra "Wish" for myself to use.
