Hey, its been a few weeks since I've posted an update on things. Its been just non-stop since the beginning of the month so I've been playing catch up with many of my household and business errands.

Perhaps the worst of the craziness has passed now for our family. My son went back to Statesville NC to finish his tenure at NASCAR Tech, he really has done well so far and took a break to come home for a few weeks. I will be visiting him when I go down for Market America's convention since Greensboro is only an hour and a half away.

My hubby's youngest sibling also moved down to Charlotte this passed weekend to start a new chapter for her family and get away from the sky-rocketing expenses of living on Long Island. Now its just our family here with one other extended family member along with a few dear friends that we can call "family".

In June, my mother-in-law also went down to NC to a facility for Nursing and Rehab, she's a blind diabetic with a stroke recovery challenge and needs therapy and constant attention. She's walking again and getting many new health tests done so things look good for her too.

My office also was moved to a new location in the house. The dining room was not a good place for work since papers and mailings were easily scattered or misplaced and the basement office was too stressful for our toddler, she needs Mommy closer than two floors down--not even an assortment of toys & videos nearby helped.

I must apologize to those customers that didn't get info packets in a timely manner during this hectic time for
me. There are still a few outstanding ones that I must complete to keep my word and get people the support materials they need. Please know that I have a better set up now and can be more focused on my duties, although it is easier when the kids have school. They don't start around here until after Labor Day weekend.

Got my flight, hotel and car rental ready for Convention!! The agenda came out the other day and I'm very excited to see so many trainings and events planned. I plan to attend as much as I can, especially in the Health & Nutrition division and Cosmetics & Skincare areas. Many new introductions have been eluded to and you can bet that I will have lots of notes on those!

The new version of our distributor webportal will be unveiled too. I've heard buzz about the easier navigation and shopping features. The Preferred Customer Program will also get updated with User names instead of numbers to eliminate the confusion that has been occurring. Most online services utilize that nowadays so Market America is incorporating those features for better user-friendly sites.
