Good Things Are Ahead
Summer Greetings!
Soon it will be time for MA's annual Convention in Greensboro, NC. I've been making arrangements to attend the highly anticipated event. Every year I go to learn and take in all the latest developments with a Gala ticket to have dinner with the CEO & corporate team. They also announce the Regional awards and special distributor recognition for achievements. We also get to listen to the year's financials, new projects and a heartfelt state-of-the-company address from JR, the founder and CEO. Other distributors in our business that don't go just can't catch up and new people have an incredible jumpstart.
There are info-packed trainings while new products and services are given in daily segments with some surprises. Then we see & hear the research or marketing behind the debuts and who is associated with it, like industry professionals, celebrities and such. Yeah, there's some "Ra-Ra" encouragement here & there, but so what, its great to see who's really building and achieving their goals. Our partners & manufacturers that MA brokers for are also at convention for a trade show, that's always interesting, since you get to ask questions directly to the people that make it.
Anyhow, the first week of August will be an exciting time and I plan to make it to every class and training that I possibly can. Looks like we may bring the kids down too but they'll stay with family in Charlotte while I go to work then my hubby will fly down for the weekend. His mom just got into a Nursing & Rehab facility there so we all want to visit. We'll see what's good for everyone and how much flights will be, at least JetBlue has new flights to the area. Their pricing and service is always great, lots to do...........more later.
