Talk About Detox Information Overload!!

I was able to attend the NYC seminar!! Hurray, one of my sitters came through at the last minute. It poured buckets of rain the whole way in to the city and parking my GMC truck in a lot was necessary but I am so elated to get all that great info about our Natural Health products.

Dr. Sheryl is a naturopathic doctor and developed the NutriClean Digestive 7 Day Cleanse for detoxifying the liver and colon simultaneously which she says is crucial. Each aspect of the cleanse was reviewed and she explained the "why" of these certain herbal ingredients and how they work on the body.

The most entertaining part was her demonstration of the "Typical American Diet" and how it clogs up the colon and reduces absorption of nutrients while increasing the toxins in the system with every bite of low quality processed food. Dr. Sheryl talked about how bad hydrogenated oils really are--they were originally created by a French scientist to harden soap in 1912, not a food oil, and supposedly create cuts and abrasions in the arteries when ingested which then allows for cholesterol and plaque to build up there resulting in high risk heart disease.

For that she kept saying Omega III's are the best help and ours can be tested to prove quality by cutting a capsule open and freezing it with other samples. Our Heart Health System Omega III doesn't freeze while others of lesser quality do freeze. I wish I had my notes in front of me, they're still out in the truck and we've got fresh snow down, gotta dress for it first then retrieve my stuff.

My partners and I have committed to holding these in-home Natural Health seminars for ourselves. We have the training materials but haven't done them. Dr. Sheryl couldn't believe that no one in NY is doing them! Guess we just don't realize what we've got & how it creates teamwork , educates people about natural health and the damage that bad food choices really do create besides weight management issues.

The doc did tie in the Transitions Weight Management System and spoke highly of eating low glycemic foods and keeping the Daily Journal was more important than anything else with the Isotonix vitamins being second and the NutriClean Cleanse being done quarterly. Fresh fruits and veggies with a palm-size portion of lean meat or fish was emphasized along with lots of water, preferably filtered.

Dr. Sheryl asked a great question too...."How many of you have lost 5-10 pounds using the little pink or blue packets of  "diet sugar substitutes"?" No one raised a hand. And then she reviewed how those chemicals don't do a thing for weight loss and according to her increase your health risks and actually trigger cravings for salt and sweets.

Ok, I think I'm saying too much here for a blog entry but I hope you can understand the awesome information that Market America has for customer & product support. This was an official corporate approved training by a licensed natural health physician. I am a Natural Health Professional and have got the data to educate anyone interested in learning more.

So if you are reading this do a Cleanse, you'll be so glad you did. Start on a Friday to keep your efforts personal until you "open up" the colon to detox by Monday you'll be half way through and on your way to feeling great! I can't wait til the end of the week and am starting tonight to jumpstart my Transitions Weight Management efforts.
